Privacy policy

FPL Outlook keeps as little as it can: nothing at all unless you sign in, and only what syncing needs if you do.

Without an account

Nothing about you is stored on our servers. Your FPL team ID, your watchlist and your colour theme are kept in your own browser's storage, and you can clear them by clearing this site's data.

When you load a team, its team ID is sent to our server, which fetches that team from Fantasy Premier League's public API and passes it back. Responses are cached for five minutes. We don't keep a record of which team IDs are looked up.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in only adds syncing between devices. We store:

• your Google account ID and email address, to know it's you and show which account you used;
• your FPL team ID and the players on your watchlist, which are what gets synced.

Nothing else from your Google account is requested or stored: not your name, profile picture, contacts or anything else. Your data is kept in a Cloudflare D1 database in Western Europe, until you delete your account.

Cookies

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in, for up to 60 days. It can't be read by scripts on the page.
• A second cookie that lasts as long as the session and only says that you're signed in, so the page knows whether to load your account. It holds nothing else.
• A short-lived cookie, lasting ten minutes, while you sign in with Google, to protect the sign-in from forgery.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies. If you never sign in, no cookies are set.

Analytics

Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. We also count accounts and sign-ups from our own database. No personal details are shown in those counts.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, and processes requests as any web host does.
• Google handles the sign-in itself, under Google's own privacy policy.

Your data isn't sold, shared for advertising, or used for anything other than running this site.

Deleting your data

Open the account panel at the top right of the site and choose Delete my account. Your account, synced watchlist and team ID are removed immediately and for good. Signing out ends your session on that device. Data in your own browser stays until you clear it.
